Dr. Steven Skinner is a 1987 graduate of the Virginia - Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. He practiced from 1987 to 1989 in upstate New York in a mixed animal practice before moving back to Virginia to work in Hartfield. He and his wife Terry, both avid motorcyclists, have six children and reside in the Dutton area of Gloucester. His practice interests include nutrition and the continual pursuit of newer and better ways to manage pet illness and wellness. He enjoys using natural means to treat disease, when possible. He and his family are active members of Cornerstone Fellowship Church in Cobbs Creek, VA.

Dr. Dallas Scales is a 2007 honor graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She also holds a bachelor of arts from University of Virginia and was valedictorian of her class at Middlesex High School. A long-time resident of Middlesex County, she lives with her husband Andy and daughter Libby in Christ Church, VA. Her interests are in small animal dermatology, nutrition and alternative medicine. She is a member of the American Animal Hospital Association and volunteers her veterinary services at the Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society.
